This site has some good Dairy farm information, although some is specific to the U.S.
Have a look at: the video interviews with Donna Kerr, the milking parlour, (you can 'control the camera' to look around the parlour) test your knowledge of dairy cows, (adult assistance needed to read information/questions) and read up on definitions of 'farmer words'.
